导师阵容 ︳The faculty
项目由国内外著名指挥家与教育家共同组成导师团队。李心草担任项目艺术总监，白镇铉、陈琳、金野、林大叶等导师共同承担专业教学与艺术指导。
The faculty comprises distinguished conductors and pedagogues from China and abroad. Li Xincao serves as Artistic Director; Baek Jin hyoun, Chen Lin, Jin Ye and Lin Daye, among others, will provide conducting instruction and artistic guidance.

The transition to the professional podium is a defining stage in the development of a young conductor. “THE UPBEAT” extends beyond the scope of a conventional conducting masterclass. It brings advanced musical training, professional orchestral practice, career development, artistic assessment and long-term mentoring into one integrated programme.

01 乐团实践 ︳Orchestral Practice
每位正式学员可获得累计170分钟的职业乐团执棒时间。
Each Active Participant will receive a total of 170 minutes of individual podium time with professional orchestras.
02 职业工作坊 ︳Professional Development Workshops
指挥的职业发展，不止发生在指挥台上，更需要系统的综合能力支撑。课程将围绕艺术领导力、乐团管理、公众表达、音乐季策划与指挥面试等核心议题展开。
A conductor’s professional development takes place both on and beyond the podium. The workshops will address artistic leadership, orchestra management, public speaking and professional communication, season planning, as well as conducting auditions and professional interviews.
03 闭幕舞台 ︳Closing Concert
遴选6名优秀学员，于11月25日在厦门国际会议中心音乐厅执棒闭幕音乐会。现场拟邀请业内知名经纪人与权威音乐媒体人士观摩、报道，拓展职业发展机会。
Following a professional assessment, six outstanding Active Participants will be selected to conduct the Closing Concert at the Xiamen International Conference Center Concert Hall on 25 November. Leading artist managers and respected members of the music press will be invited to attend and report on the concert, offering participants further professional visibility and opportunities for career development.
04 职业合作 ︳Future Professional Engagements
1名优胜者将有机会获得与厦门爱乐乐团、釜山节庆乐团及多家国内外职业交响乐团合作演出的机会。
One overall winner may be offered future conducting engagements with the Xiamen Philharmonic Orchestra, Busan Festival Orchestra and other professional orchestras in China and abroad.
05 一年职业跟踪 ︳One Year of Career Mentoring
培养不止于十天课程。结业后，学员将继续获得为期一年的导师支持与职业发展跟踪，为此后的学习、面试和职业选择提供专业意见。
The Project extends beyond the ten-day residency. Following the intensive programme, participants will receive one year of continued mentoring and career-development support, including professional guidance on further study, auditions, interviews and career planning.
06 全程影像记录 ︳Audiovisual Documentation
专业影像团队将全程记录课程，为每位学员建立个人训练与成长档案。经本人授权，相关影像内容将持续发布。
A professional production team will document the training process and produce a tailored audiovisual record of each participant’s training and artistic development. Subject to the participant’s prior consent, selected audiovisual material will be released throughout the Project.

Application Categories
正式学员 ︳Active Participants
● 面向全球招募35周岁以下的青年指挥12名。
● 申请人须按要求提交报名材料，由导师团队进行初审。
● Applications are invited worldwide from young conductors aged 35 or under. Twelve Active Participants will be admitted.
● Applicants must submit all required materials for preliminary assessment by the faculty panel.
旁听学员 ︳Auditors
● 面向指挥及其他音乐专业学生、职业音乐工作者及音乐教育工作者，拟招募24名旁听学员。
● 旁听学员不参加个人乐团执棒训练及正式学员遴选。
● 申请人须按要求提交报名材料，由导师团队进行初审。
● Applications are open to conducting students, students in other music disciplines, professional musicians and music educators. Up to 24 Auditors will be admitted.
● Auditors will not receive individual podium time and are not eligible for selection as Active Participants.
● Applicants must submit all required materials for preliminary assessment by the faculty panel.

Application Materials
1. 须按要求如实填写报名表（见附件）；
2. 有效身份证件或护照扫描件；
3. 个人艺术简历（含本人近期正面、免冠电子证件照片）PDF格式；
4. 本人指挥视频材料；
5. 300元人民币报名费汇款凭证；
6. 请将以上材料发送至邮箱：xieyuan@xmpo.org。
指挥视频要求：
1. 申请人须提交本人指挥表演视频1份，总时长不少于60分钟（其中指挥乐团表演时长不少于30分钟），视频内每首作品须完整录制、无剪辑。
2. 视频可通过上传哔哩哔哩、腾讯视频、YouTube等在线播放平台提交；如通过网盘发送，视频链接应能够直接观看，无须登录、输入密码或下载；
3. 视频链接须在评审结果公布前保持有效。

2. A scanned copy of a valid identity document or passport;
3. An artistic CV in PDF format, including a recent passport-style photograph;
4. Conducting video material meeting the requirements below;
5. Proof of payment of the CNY 300 application fee.

* Conducting Video Requirements:
1. Applicants must submit one set of conducting videos with a total duration of at least 60 minutes, including at least 30 minutes of the applicant conducting an orchestra in rehearsal or performance.
2. Each work must be recorded and submitted in full, without editing.
3. Videos may be submitted through streaming platforms such as Bilibili, Tencent Video or YouTube. Links hosted on cloud-storage platforms are also acceptable, provided that the videos can be streamed directly without requiring a login, password or download.
4. All video links must remain accessible until the preliminary assessment results have been announced.

注意事项：
1. 请将报名表、申请材料及报名费汇款凭证，通过电子邮件发送至报名邮箱，邮件主题“THE UPBEAT报名 - 申请类别 - 申请人姓名”。
2. 正式学员、旁听学员的录取通知，届时将发送至申请人在报名表中填写的常用电子邮箱，请注意查收。
3. 入选的正式学员、旁听学员须在录取通知规定的期限内缴纳课程费，完成缴费后方视为确认学员资格。逾期未完成缴费者，视为自动放弃，相关名额可按候补顺序递补。
4. 入选学员将在集中培训前收到相关学习要求。具体训练曲目、课程安排、闭幕音乐会及其他执行细节，以主办方后续通知为准。

1. Please submit the completed Application Form, all required supporting materials and proof of payment in a single email to the address above. Email subject: THE UPBEAT Application – Application Category – Applicant’s Full Name.
2. Offers of admission for both Active Participants and Auditors will be sent to the primary email address provided in the Application Form. Applicants are advised to monitor that email account regularly.
3. Successful applicants must pay the programme fee within the period specified in the offer of admission. A place will be confirmed only after payment has been received. Failure to complete payment by the stated deadline will be regarded as withdrawal, and the place may be offered to a candidate on the waiting list.
4. Admitted participants will receive advance study and preparation requirements before the intensive residency. Repertoire, the detailed course schedule, Closing Concert arrangements and other programme details will be confirmed in subsequent official communications.
